AGREEMENT TO TERMS
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using ediastyles.com website operated by Edia Styles.
Your access to and use of our site is conditioned on your acceptance and compliance with these terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use our site.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
- Prices are quoted and billed in USD (US Dollars), however can also be quoted in CAD (Canadian Dollars), Naira (Nigerian Naira), and UK pounds depending on your geographical location. You must pay in the currency in which the product price is quoted or is selected. If you do not hold an account in the relevant currency you may pay by debit or credit card or with PayPal and your card company should exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at their current rate.
- Payment is required before item is provided and if not, payment is due from the moment the order is accepted. After you have submitted your order, Edia Styles may take and shall be entitled to receive such payment, as is due in respect of the order.
- Payment may be made by credit card, debit card, pay pal or any other such method as Edia Styles may introduce at its absolute discretion.
- Edia Styles reserves the absolute right to accept or refuse any payment made in any form.
- We aim to debit money from your account within 3 working days after receiving your order.
- You will not be charged for any orders that cannot be fulfilled and where appropriate Edia Styles will refund to your account any sum deducted by Edia Styles.
- Edia Styles cannot guarantee that a particular item will always be available.
- To maximize security Edia Styles does not hold any credit/debit card details. Third party payment providers may hold them as necessary.
- Your credit card company may also do security checks to confirm it is you making the order.
- Prices for items do not include shipping cost. Shipping cost is different.
PLACING ORDERS AND SHIPPING
- Edia Styles takes orders on our website where payments are taken securely or as otherwise indicated by Edia Styles.
- When placing an order for a custom made/pre order item, full payment is required before order is processed.
- Edia Styles ships out items as soon as possible, typically within a business day, however in some cases this will not always be same day as your order. In general, please add 2 to 3 business days to allow processing time. If we anticipate a longer processing time, it will be noted in the item description. If you have any questions about the processing time on a specific item, please contact us on email@example.com with your questions.
- For ‘made to order/custom made’or ‘pre-order’ items, please allow 1-4 weeks after payment has cleared for your item to be made prior to dispatch. Also, if your order consists of a mix of pre-order and in stock items, your order will be dispatched in one shipment.
- Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you have placed it. If you do not receive that email and it is not found in your spam, please connect with Edia Styles on firstname.lastname@example.org. This is especially important because, if you have not received the order confirmation email. You also wont receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.
- Edia Styles will not be held responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages. Please indicate if you want insurance included when making an order.
- Edia Styles ships worldwide. Please note that you, the buyer is responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the cost because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you are ready to get your package cleared through customs and have an idea of what any additional cost (if there is) will be.
- Delivery times for items are estimated, as this is dependent on the shipping company. Edia Styles has no control over shipping times. However, fast shipping options are available upon request.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- We want you to be pleased with your Edia purchase from start to finish, and if you are not happy, we are not happy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us on email@example.com so we can decide the next steps to take. If a return is required, you will be expected to return the item to us within 5 days of receipt in unworn and undamaged condition for an exchange or store credit. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help you. Please note that returns or exchanges DO NOT apply to Custom Made Items.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Shipping fees for the original order will not be refunded.
- You will be charged shipping costs for the replacement items.

- All complaints will be responded to as soon as possible.
