You can place your order on our website where payments are taken securely.

You can also place an order by emailing info@ediastyles.com. In this case you will be sent a secure payment method/instructions to make payment. After payment is received, then invoice will be sent and order will be confirmed.

Good news! We get new items frequently, especially our most popular items. You can be notified by signing up to our newsletter. Once the item of your choice is restocked, you will be notified right away.

You can also email  info@ediastyles.com and you will be notified if the outfit can be made specifically for you.

Yes we do! All you need to do is email  info@ediastyles.com with the pictures of what you want custom made for you including your measurements which can include the below or more depending on the outfit being custom made:

Waist:

Arm Size:

Shoulder to Shoulder:

If you do not receive an email from Edia Styles within hours of placing your order, and it is not in your ‘Spam’ folder, the email address on file is most likely spelled incorrectly. Please contact us via email  info@ediastyles.com for assistance to update your order details.

We are super quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive them as soon as possible. You can change your order as much as you like before you click “Checkout” but after this point you will be unable to make changes to your order.

Where items are ‘ready to ship’, please allow 1-3 working days for your item to ship.

For ‘made to order/custom made’ or ‘pre-order’ items, please allow 1-4 weeks after payment has cleared for your item to be made prior to dispatch.

If your order consists of a mix of pre-order and in stock items, your order will be dispatched in one shipment.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. It may take up to 24 hours for an order to be processed

International shipping fees may vary depending on your location. We are currently working to improve the cost of our shipping fees. Edia Styles is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery. If the package is returned to us, there will be a bounce back fee.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We want you to be pleased with your Edia purchase from start to finish, and if you are not happy, we are not happy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us on  info@ediastyles.com so we can decide the next steps to take. If a return is required, you will be expected to return the item to us within 5 days of receipt in unworn and undamaged condition for an exchange or store credit. Please contact us on  info@ediastyles.com and we will be happy to help you.

Returns DO NOT apply to custom made items. 

Please understand that it would be very difficult to resell your item even if it is returned to us unworn and in original package. We appreciate your understanding. If you are not satisfied with your custom order, please contact us on  info@ediastyles.com so that something can be worked out with you.

Our fabrics are 100% authentic cotton guaranteed to last for years. They are specially hand sourced from Edo State in Nigeria to ensure that our clients have a taste of royalty and tradition/culture.  We also make limited items to ensure that quality is focused on rather than quantity.

Keep in mind that you are buying a HANDMADE ITEM, natural variances WILL occur, which makes your item unique and full of heart and soul. Different monitors can make colors appear differently. Size may slightly vary due to the nature of handmade items
